Who am I?

"Look Mom, it's me!"

Hi! I'm Tony,

and I like writing, making people laugh, and solving cool problems! I used to boulder a lot but now I spend a decent amount of my time performing standup at open mics, writing poems/essays, and playing poker with friends. Some of my side projects that are tech-related include:
- Two published apps on the Google Play Store (they're really simple),
- A YouTube video about Arch Linux with 160k views,
- and spending ~$700 in AWS costs to try and train a super PokerBot! (spoiler: it didn't work)

I would suggest checking out the Projects section of this site if you're interested in learning more but unfortunately this site (including the intro you just read) is really outdated and needs an overhaul! I'll hopefully find the time to do that soon, however in the meantime, feel free to drop me a line at tonyzhu3141@gmail.com if you think I'd be a good fit for your company!

Thanks for reading!
Tony

The following video is a great example of why you shouldn't attempt to record a demo after staying up multiple nights to blast through i3wm.
